— The architect —
Banyan Heights is the first residential commission by Studio Phrakhanong — a Bangkok practice led by Supachai Boonmee, whose quiet civic work has been built across Thailand for two decades.
The brief called for thirty-eight residences, no more — each generous enough to host, private enough to rest. Finishes were specified by the architect's own hand; nothing was value-engineered out.
— Private sales —
The sales gallery is on the ground floor, open by appointment only. Our senior sales director, Khun Anong, will walk you through the floor plans over coffee and then up to the nearest available residence at your pace.
Reservations require a 2% holding deposit, fully refundable within 14 days.
