Meet the chef
Chef Ploy grew up in a Chiang Mai noodle house, trained in Bangkok under Chef McDang, and spent five years at a Michelin-listed kitchen in Copenhagen. She came home in 2018 and opened Saffron & Stone because she missed the market, missed the light, and missed cooking for small groups.
