FACILITY
Eight lifting platforms, two turf lanes, and a dedicated mobility room. Membership capped at 250 so nothing is ever queued.
RECOVERY
On-site recovery lab with cold plunge, infrared sauna, compression boots, and a nap room. Programmed into your week, not optional.

Most gyms serve everyone. We serve a room of thirty people per hour — lifters, fighters, and athletes who need platforms that don't flex and coaches who don't improvise. Applications only. Three-month minimum.

Applications open monthly — limited to 12 new members at a time. Trial week, movement assessment, and a conversation about what you're actually trying to do.
